General

  • See the Burton sign? That’s not it. Hang a left, down the hallway, last door on the right.

  • No, we do not sell lift tickets. Lift tickets must be purchased directly from Brian Head Resort.

  • Yes, all of our shop dogs are very friendly. However, it is always a good idea to extend a closed fist when greeting a new dog. That helps prevent your fingers from being bitten by a dog who is not so friendly!

Equipment Rentals

  • No, we do not offer rental reservations. Our rental shop is walk-in only.

  • No, we only offer full-day rentals at Georg’s Ski Shop.

  • Our packages start at $30 per day, and we offer performance and high performance packages for $39 or $49 per day respectively. Packages rented for multiple days cost $2 less after the first day.

  • No, we never raise our rental prices. We have the lowest rental prices in Brian Head, and we do not increase the rental rates during peak periods.

  • Yes, you can rent ski or snowboard boots by themselves!

  • No, we do not rent goggles or gloves. We have inexpensive goggles and gloves for sale within the retail side of our shop.

  • Yes, we rent jackets and pants. Each item costs $10 per day.
    Pant Sizes: Infant—XXXL.
    Jacket Sizes: Junior (5-6)—XXL.

  • Yes, we rent out equipment for the following day between the hours of 2PM and 4PM. After 4PM, we focus on equipment returns only.

Lodging

  • No! We don’t add on any hidden fees. The only fee we add is a one-time $50 fee if you are bringing a pet into a pet-friendly unit (per pet). We want our pricing to be very transparent — we only charge you the nightly room rate plus tax.

    Note: We will begin charging a cleaning fee starting on Feb. 1, 2022.

  • Most of our units are NOT pet-friendly, but we do have a few places that you may bring pets into. For more information about our pet policy, go ahead and give us a call.

  • We offer 20% off equipment rentals for all of our lodging guests as long as you’re renting outside of a peak period. We do not offer the rental discount during peak periods. We also provide a 10% discount on retail purchases inside of our shop.

  • Yes, every kitchen is stocked with the common cooking utensils including pots, pans, silverware, spatulas, can openers, etc. Just no groceries!

  • It depends! If your condo is booked back-to-back, then the check-in time is 5PM and the check-out time is 10AM. If there aren’t guests staying before or after you, we can usually accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs at no extra cost.

    To check on the availability of an early check-in or a late check-out, give us a call and provide us with your reservation information and we will give you a more accurate answer.
